15 boys in Years 7-13 took part in the SATRO problem solving challenge in February hosted at Tomlinscote school.
Students had to work in their teams to create a working solution with only the equipment they were supplied in only 90 minutes.
To win much-wanted points, students had to produce detailed designs sheets and assign key roles all while making and testing their unique solution.
More House students rose to the occasion working together despite several odds including a broken motor and access to only one glue gun!
We are very proud of our KS3 team who came second in their division, missing the top spot by half a point!
