Our son has made substantial progress. Two years ago, he was not attending school, whilst a year ago he struggled to attend his mainstream primary school. In boarding, our son has returned to activities – a huge positive given he had withdrawn from activities whilst at home. He has made friends at school and enjoys the atmosphere and activities there. He has come a long way in this with the support of teachers and houseparents. He has taken to boarding slowly, but surely. He is vocally proud of his school (comparing it to his brother’s school regularly) and growing in his confidence at school.
