To celebrate World Book Day 2021, years 4 to 6 and year 7 will be having virtual author talks from Tom Watson, author of the popular Stick Dog and Stick Cat series. Boys in these year groups may recognise this book series as we have many in the school library. Whether they used to read these books and don't anymore, whether they still love them, or whether they haven't even tried them yet, Tom's talks will be entertaining and enjoyable for everyone as he talks about what inspires him and how to draw his comedy cartoon characters. 

His dog Shadow may also join the call and he has a funny story about how Shadow was almost called 'Put Your Shirt On'!
