Year 6 PSHE
Year 6 pupils explore ‘cause and effect’
Year 6 pupils have been exploring the ‘cause and effect’ in their cross-curricular Project lessons. Recently they applied this theme to Science, investigating why statues on Exeter Cathedral have become eroded. Here they are taking part in a practical experiment using a weak acid on sodium hydrogen carbonate and on limestone to see erosion in action!
Through practical tasks, pupils improve their skills with apparatus and develop their understanding of key ideas and how science works.
