Ofsted 2022 – More House School judged Outstanding!
Following the 22nd February 2022 publication of Ofsted's inspection report, we are pleased to announce that More House School has again been judged Outstanding – the highest possible grading – both overall and in every category of the Ofsted report.
The report follows a routine, full inspection of More House School’s provision for boarders, including scrutiny of Safeguarding arrangements, behaviour and Health & Safety, conducted in January 2022.

Our headmaster, Mr Hetherington, wrote:
We know that the experience of our boarding pupils is exceptional, and a key factor in their success. We are delighted that the Department for Education's inspection team has again validated this, recognising the inspiring commitment of our residential team and that we afford our pupils excellence in their school and boarding-time experience.
This inspection reconfirmed the findings of our previous years' inspections: that More House School is an exceptional environment graded Outstanding in all areas by the Department for Education’s inspectorate.
