At the end of the Lent term, a group of Sixth Formers asked pupils to vote for the teachers they would most like to see 'gunged'. The 'lucky' staff members with the most votes were Mr Hetherington, Mrs Newman and Mr Stuart who were suitably doused with the most awful mix of sour milk, flour, beans and goodness knows what else, in the name of charity. The event proved to be a massive success raising over £600.
